At Dhaneira Jewelry, we take utmost care to ensure that your orders are packaged securely and delivered safely within the promised timeframe. Please review our shipping terms and conditions below.

1. Pan-India Shipping

We proudly deliver across India.

Shipping charges and delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999 within India.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available. All orders must be prepaid.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

Items that are in stock will be shipped within 3 working days from the order date.
Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on your location.
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday only.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or national holidays.

If an item is out of stock or cannot be shipped within 3 working days, the Dhaneira Jewelry Support Team will notify you within 24 hours of receiving your order.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can use this link to track your shipment and stay updated on the delivery status.

4. Delivery

Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address to receive the package to avoid delays of the shipment.
