Information about return, replacements, refunds, and order cancellations for Dhaneira Jewelry purchases.

Shipping Policy

At Dhaneira Jewelry, we carefully inspect every product before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with a replacement or refund according to the policy below.

Replacement & Refund Policy

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will provide a replacement.

If the same product is not available, a full refund will be issued.

Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges for non-defective products or for personal preferences.

Once a product is received in good condition, we cannot accept returns or replacements due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preferences

  • Size expectations

  • Product suitability

No Return / No Exchange Conditions

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Items that appear larger, smaller, or heavier than expected

  • Size-related concerns

  • Bent earring stems (designed intentionally to prevent breakage)

  • Loose beads or stones that can be easily fixed

  • Damaged ropes provided as freebies

  • Natural irregularities in handmade or hand-set jewelry

  • Stone combination variations in handcrafted designs

Unboxing & Damage Claim Policy

To process any damage or transit loss claim, the following is mandatory:

  • A 360° continuous unboxing video from start to finish

  • The video must clearly show the sealed package and the damaged product

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

Claims without proper unboxing video proof cannot be processed.

Replacement for Transit-Damaged Products

We provide replacements only for products damaged during transit.

Reporting Process
  1. Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Order details

  • Unboxing video

  • Photos of the damage

Return Process

Once the claim is approved:

  • If your PIN code supports return pickup, we will arrange pickup.

  • If pickup is unavailable, you may need to self-ship the product.

Please ensure:

  • The product is returned in original packaging

  • Include tags, bubble wrap, slips, and packaging materials

  • The package must not be tampered with

Refund Timeline

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 2–8 working days.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

  • Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, logistics issues, or government restrictions do not qualify for cancellation.

Product Condition Requirement

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, including tags, invoices, and protective materials.

    Dhaneira Jewelry reserves the right to reject any return request if the product shows signs of:

    • Use or wear

    • Physical damage caused after delivery

    • Missing packaging, tags, or accessories

    Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Abuse & Fraud Prevention

  • To maintain fair service for all customers, Dhaneira Jewelry reserves the right to refuse returns or replacements in cases of suspected policy abuse, fraudulent claims, or repeated return requests from the same customer.
